Staff Training
SCHOLAR has extensive experience in delivering staff training courses and in tailored approaches for on-site support. Staff training starts with initial consultation or a needs analysis to find out the expertise of the teachers in relation to e-learning styles and approaches. Delivery would be based on that local consultation. Most schools want an entry level type of course with an introduction to the materials, an opportunity to review the features of the SCHOLAR Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and a discussion on how these resources can help teaching and learning.
